What types of emails do you send?
We send two main types of emails:
1. Transactional emails (required)
These emails are essential for account security and account usage, such as:
Email verification codes
Account security alerts
Important account-related updates
Transactional emails can’t be turned off or unsubscribed from.
They’re required to keep your account safe.
2. Marketing & product emails (optional)
These emails may include:
Feature updates
Promotions
Tips and recommendations
You can manage these preferences at any time.
How do I manage my email subscription settings?
You can manage marketing and product emails by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any non-transactional email we send.
Changes to these settings do not affect transactional emails like verification or security messages.
Can I unsubscribe from verification emails?
No. Verification emails are transactional and required for account security.
If you’re signing up or verifying your account, you’ll need to receive these emails to continue.
I received a verification email I didn’t request
If you received a verification email but didn’t try to sign up:
Do not enter the verification code
Please contact Support so we can investigate and help secure your email address
I’m not receiving emails from you
If you’re missing emails:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure your email address is entered correctly
Wait a few minutes, delivery may take a short time
If the issue continues, please contact Support.
Why can’t I change my email address?
For security reasons, email addresses can’t be changed once they’re submitted during signup.
This helps prevent account misuse and impersonation.
