How do I pause my account?

Pausing your account because you're in a relationship? We want to hear your story! Submit yours here. 

Pausing your account on an iOS device:

1. Open the app.
2. Tap on your profile icon.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Under the Account section, tap Pause account.
5. A pop-up notification will ask you, “Are you sure you want to pause your account?” Then tap Pause my account.
6. Next, it will ask for your reason why. When you’ve selected one from a list, tap Done.

Pausing your account on an Android device:

1. Open the app.
2. Tap on your profile icon.
3. Tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner.
4. Tap on Settings.
5. Under the Account section, switch off the toggle in the Active option.
6. A pop-up notification will ask you, “Are you sure you want to pause your account?” Then tap Pause my account.
